About the band

Ramazani Mule Mouricho, whom performs under the stage name DJ Rama Alathorty is an AfroPop Artist/Producer that comes from the Democratic Republic of Congo, but is now residing in Randburg, Johannesburg. Known for his hard work, humble attitude, passionate dedication and commitment to his music craft. His career, to date spans for over 10 years in creating and performing music. His sound and style can be described as a core of true African pop and it is complemented by his good writing skills and a selection of up-beat instrumentals.

It is his 4th year going on 5 years in South Africa, and in recent events Dj Rama Alathorty managed to mark himself as a reputable Afro-pop artist with his music video for "Good

times" featuring Marcus Keish ( youtu.be/PWcDC19aiJ4 ) is getting air play on Channel O and MTV Base. Currently working with renowned videographer Monde Dube and with a feature with Dj Shimza on the pipe line, his strategic move to South Africa is proving fruitful for his aspirations to be a dominant player in the music industry both in Africa and abroad.
