-Dezza DJ, born and raised in the vibrant township of Phiri in Soweto, is a passionate DJ known for playing music that truly serves the soul. Inspired by the locally renowned DJ Deva from Eldos in the early 2000s, I embarked my musical journey in 2008 and began captivating audiences by 2010.

In 2010, I founded the movement Soulènight With friends, providing a platform for soulful house music lovers to enjoy and share unlimited soulful sounds throughout the day and night. My talent and dedication have led me to share stages with prominent names such as Nastee Nev, Christos, Da Capo, Julian Gomez, Lulo Cafe, Speedsta, Spectacular & Naves, and the late Dukesoul.

I have held residencies at popular venues like Red Cafe and has been a regular DJ at Rockerfella Soweto, Lifestyle Butcher, Bafokeng Corner, Palms Pub & Grill, and Meat n Mingle, Lab Lifestyle , Kofifi Cafe among others. I also hosts annual events in Soweto and Port Elizabeth, including A Soule Night with Friends (April 27) and Dezza Soulenight (December 13), which have become beloved traditions.

A versatile DJ, I effortlessly blends genres such as Neo-soul, Lounge, Jazz, Soulful House, Break Beats, Deep House, and Commercial House, ensuring every set is a unique and soulful experience.
