This website uses Userlike, live chat software produced by Userlike UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Probsteigasse 44-46, 50670 Cologne, Germany. At the start of a chat, the following personal data is collected:

  • Operating system used
  • URL of the previously visited website
  • Amount of data sent
  • If provided by you: first name, surname, and email address

hearthis.at stores the history of live chats for quality assurance purposes. Processing is permitted pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If you do not wish your live chat history to be stored, please contact us at contact@hearthis.at and your chat data will be deleted immediately.

8. Payment service providers

PayPal

Our website accepts payments via PayPal. The provider of this service is PayPal (Europe) S.àr.l. & Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.

If you select payment via PayPal, the payment data you provide will be supplied to PayPal based on Art. 6 (1) (a) (Consent) and Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO (Processing for contract purposes). You have the option to revoke your consent at any time with future effect. It does not affect the processing of data previously collected.

Our website uses Stripe for processing subscription and fan payments. The provider is Stripe, Inc., 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. For users in Europe, the responsible entity is Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland.

When you make a payment via Stripe, your payment data (such as credit card number, billing address, and email address) is transmitted to Stripe and processed on their servers. Stripe may also process data in the USA. Stripe uses standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission as the basis for data transfers to the USA.

The processing of your payment data by Stripe is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO, as it is necessary for the performance of a contract. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant. hearthis.at does not store your full payment card details.
