As Chris Standring says an hour into this show, I Can't Help Myself. This week marks four years that I have been sharing music with you. If you were to run my shows straight through, it would take you almost eight weeks to get through them. I Can’t Help Myself, I love what I do and I love sharing it with all of you. With a special Select broadcast of Night Sessions this Saturday, I still wanted to do something for everyone. So this set is my first two shows you ever heard, back to back, just meant to be enjoyed. The first thirteen songs were released as a show four years ago tomorrow. Both though always contained some of my favorite tracks and are always ones I go back to.
