The process:
1) Tune shop on Juno, plus check any tunes that peeps have sent
2) Load all into Serato
3) Sort by key
4) Listen to them thru on my Roland DJ-505 - marking them with a yellow square if they contain vocals in the mixing points
5) Mark any jungle tunes with a green square
6) Work out a TL that keeps the vocals separated by instrumentals, jungle in between, trying to maintain key where possible
7) Run thru the TL on my control vinyl, using the Technics MK5Gs, checking blends for 'skank appeal'
8) Once order sorted, edit all the tunes in Serato so the grid hits the start of the beat perfectly
9) Mark on each tune the optimal 'start' and 'mix out start' cue points
10) Record the mix using the controller/sync and have fun with the eqs, filtering etc
11) Normalise and amplify the waveform before saving so the levels are the same throughout
12) Upload and share
