Sounds of Billberg

DJ, producer and artist BiLLBERG is probably one of the most quirky and unconventional pioneers who emerged from the Nordic Electronic scene. Born in Denmark, raised in Copenhagen and Fulham, London, Mickey is the son of late Jazz musician Rolf Billberg, a cult figure in Scandinavian Jazz music.

He began his DJ career at a very young age and was "discovered" years later by fellow DJ and label manager Kenneth Bager of the now legendary "Coma Records" and became the very first Danish artist signing on the label under his alter ego; TBM 1. In the following years, BiLLBERG became a natural and integral part of the global Electronic music community.

Throughout the 2000s, he developed and refined an artist mentor enterprise and in 2007 he moved to Sweden and settled on one of the west coast's most popular holiday resorts. From his new archipelago base, BiLLBERG just keep on producing music and perform as a DJ at various venues and simply continues to be an energy fountain of creative ideas!
