Amon Tobin does strange things to electronic music. Bends it, tweaks it, makes it float above you, or crush you like a four ton mantis. If you don't already know his stuff, you're in for a treat - he's one of the original IDM makers, and will keep your ears happily dancing for hours with constant creativity. I did a first part to this as I was flicking through his back catalogue, and a few of his new releases, but knew I'd missed lots of stone cold classics, so this rectifies some of those omissions. There's also remixes by Bonobo, Prefuse 73, Hidden Agenda, Dillinja, Danny Breaks, as well as samples from the Chris Morris black comedy Jam, and of course, The Deadly Mantis (1957)...
