In the second installment of my every two weeks conspiracy podcast The Various Vortices of Xylen Roberts, I present to you a short story called 'The Chemtrail Caper Concerto For Haarp and Hocaine'. Its a futuristic dystopian story centered around anti-weather weapon protestors, corrupt cops, an evil futuristic superdrug called Hocaine, and maaaaaaybe a surprise visit from some characters we just spent some time with recently both here on Various Vortices AND my Samsara Junkyard podcast. Part 2 of a 3 part series that started with last week's Samsara Junkyard debut episode (based around Underworld's Beaucoup Fish) and finalizing in next week's SJ review/story.
