AudioDevice started drum and bass as DJ and Promoter with the Synergetic Movement in Vienna 1998.
Their legendary Jungle Fever parties started May 98 at Kunstwerk, an underground arts and music club which they took over a few months later, enabling the crew to run weekly drum and bass events.
The impact was big, and many big names were brought in, dnb in the main room and garage or reggae/ragga in the second and third floor.
In the year 2000 Synergetic started the annual Vienna Drum And Bass Festival, gathering the whole Vienna scene and bringing insight to what drum and bass is capable. The festival was big from the start, filling the Arena on 3 floors with about 2000 dnb heads.
It didn´t take long and AudioDevice´s knowledge of soulful music led the crew to promoting the first ever soulful dnb only night in Vienna, and later on resulted in his residency at "All Souled Out" together with Trife. Life´s Aziz and Mat.
When Kunstwerk had to close it´s doors, the crew moved the monthly Synergetic event to the Arena and later to the WUK until the last 2 Synergetics found other important things in life.. Da5id aka Mediapunk moved to London and AudioDevice became Papa in the year 2007 it was the end of the monthly dnb series that went successfully for almost 10 years.
AudioDevice still spinninig the wheels, dnb still the name of the game.
