Josh Sterckx, or AreaWolf is a producer from England. Starting to producing under the Alias 'AreaWolf', in 2014, his style has changed from heavy, monstrous Dubstep, to the much loved and emotional Melodic Dubstep and Chillstep. He has also branched out to genres such as DnB, Liquid, Neuro and Chillout.

Producing with the still popular and much loved DAW, FL Studio & the quick and versatile Ableton Live 9, AreaWolf has combined melodic pads and synths with the monstrous growls and wobbles, which can be clearly contrasted in his most popular track, "Where Are You", a collaboration between heavy Dubstep artist, Ionika, and melodic Dubstep artist, AreaWolf.

Josh Sterckx also has a side project, by the name of 'Lynk'. This is for genres such as Dub-Techno and Downtempo.
