Acid Jesse

“Acid” Jesse , AKA AJ, has been DJing since he was knee high to a beatbox. Before he was out of his teens he was co-promoting a nightclub in Rochester, playing house and breakbeat at Bodysnap and Stimul8 alongside Richard Grey, Tom Baker and Dave Mothersole. Moving up to London he promoted and played many established underground parties such as Bendaleg and What’s not 2Love, he has also been a regular behind the decks at Klik Klak and Peg. For four years, he hosted a weekly radio show Underground Dance on Radio Sunlight where his winning smile bagged him guests such as Murf, Maya Jane Coles, Alex Arnout and Colin Dale. A true 303 aficionado, AJ’s production excursions embrace a far broader spectrum with white label releases including “Rubber Band” and “Air Bags and Beats”.
