Super Death Explosion Kittens

The music of Super Death Explosion Kittens matches the title, being hectic, dense and vicious, but above all: absurdly fun. Taking cues from technical metal bands, the EP presents a more stripped down and direct sound, but also a more compositionally complex one.

Shunning traditional notions of scale and melody, the riffs and structures are instead created by arranging various industrial textures in conjunction with more traditional, though still frantic, percussion. This is however reconciled for the final song, where harmony and discord embrace.
