Edward Pearson/BBC Fake Documentary

Our Benny Profane song 'Jerked To Jesus' got its start in life after Jackson & I [while doing a tedious magazine page collating job for our printer mate Chris], listened to a BBC Radio 4 programme about a con artist name Edward Pearson.
Our song condensed the story of what we later discovered was a fake documentary.
The documentary maker was a con artist!, On the BBC!

I only discovered this recording today, 29th July 2026, long lost on Cassette Mountain.

Jerked To Jesus never saw an official release, we did record it for our third [& final] Peel Session.
