Is it just us or did there seem to be a lot of people with harsh things to say about GHOST IN THE SHELL leading up to it's release? But with the film now in theaters, it seems as though the negative chatter has quieted and is being overtaken by a positivity around this visually-ambitious live-action adaptation of the classic manga and anime film/TV franchise.
