Music is essential in my life: it ensures a balance between professional, personal and social life. The ability to abstract from everything around me when I focus on it works like therapy, essential for my physical and mental well-being.
It was from this premise that “Phonic Therapy” was born - a monthly podcast where I'll share the music I'm listening to and discovering.
It's intended to be a space without taboos or restrictions, open in form and style, where I'll share not only my own recordings but also guest mixes and even some records that I love.
Fundamentally, its purpose is to promote music in its different forms.

In this 1st episode I'm sharing the live set recorded last month at the 1st edition of Switch Off & Dance.
It was an obvious choice for me due to its positive reaction, and also as a way of thanking those who took part in it, making it special with the positive energy transmitted and the almost infinite desire to dance.
