José Luis García, Aka Mr Jump, DJ Jump, Brinca, born and raised in Mexico City, follow the steps from his older brother who was one of the greatest DJ on the Disco era in Mexico, who plays at the legendary nightclub “ Cero Cero”.


Begins his career when he was 16 years old, playing occasionally in Xalapa Veracruz in clubs like Discoteca Yax, Xalapa Charlies, next to his early mentors Pepe Kuri y Carlos Eduardo Perez, also plays in Cancun at Mr Papa’s, Planet Hollywood, Hard Rock. The first club in Mexico City when he started to work was the Legendary underground after hours Magazine Club in the 90’s as a Light Jockey with his best friend DJ Juan Carlos Díaz De León, he started to performed a rap with a song from Proyecto Uno called “Brinca” (Jump) this is how he gets the aka of Brinca.


During his career these are the clubs / restaurants he played: Mr Papas, Planet Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafe, Grupo Anderson, Bar Manía, Mekano, Bananas Ranas, Toon Town, Mezzanote, Baccanal, then he started to make private parties all over Mexico with his own company djteam.com.mx.

He is a great music collector from all types of genres but his favorite music is House. Deep, Soulful, Acid Jazz, Afro, is something you can find in his DJ sets.
