Making musical soup out of processed loops.

I mash up loops using Audacity & Garageband into a musical soup - hope you like em.

I can't play a damn instrument - nowt, nuffin, sod all - not a single note - i wish i could….however I know a good tune when i hear one and this is my opportunity to create some soundscapes.

I think of it as a humungous lump of plasticine, moulding it into some abstract stuff - a bit like Morph for those of you who are:

1) from the UK
2) an old fart like me who grew up in the early 70s watching acid inspired childrens telly.

After all Mr Benn MUST have been tripping on something!

On the other hand mashing loops could be a bit like making sculptures out of pork scratchings - a bit abstract.

Not that ive attempted to do this down the boozer after a few bevies.

Might be worth a try….

Anyway enough of my ramblings , feel free to leave comments, the more surreal the better oh and download if you want... after all music is the soul of the universe.
