Ihr kommt heut' in die Schule und ihr fragt euch doch bestimmt
Ob ihr das schafft und ob das wirklich alles stimmt.
Was ihr von Schule so gehört habt, was man sich so erzählt,
Kann man sich doch gar nicht vorstellen, wenn man's nicht selbst erlebt.

Ab heute erlebt ihr es nach unserer kleinen Feier
Wie bei ARD und ZDF aus der 1. Reihe.

Jeder Papst und jeder König und jede Königin
Muss, bevor sie ihren Thron besteigen, auch zur Schule gehen.
Jedes Super-Model, jeder Gangster-Rapper saß wie ihr
Auf kleinen Bänken und dachte sich "Was mach ich eigentlich hier?"

Doch empfiehlt es sich, bevor ihr auf die große Bühne steigt,
Dass ihr euch erst ein paar Jährchen mal in der Schule zeigt.

Denn hier lernt ihr Lesen, Schreiben und ganz viele tolle Sachen,
Die euch nicht nur schlauer, sondern auch unabhängig machen.
Keine kleinen Kindergartenkinder seid ihr nämlich dann,
Sondern große Schulkinder, denen man was zutrauen kann.

Doch müsst ihr auch ein Stück Geduld mit euren Eltern haben,
Das sie lernen, euch nicht jeden Stein aus dem Weg zu tragen.
