I played a mod of Buzz and Waldog called Kurukuru Dansa and I'll say, the first world has, in my opinion, the best music in the game, with world 4's music coming second.

Here's my version of the song, made in OpenMPT while carefully inserting each note from the NSF. It sounds like those early CD audio games with their loud Roland Sound Canvas-sounding drums and echoed synthesizers!
