Kid Funky J Ragga Jungle Mix Part 1

Kid Funky J has been a breaks DJ for 15 years in and around Toronto and the GTA. His credits have been but not limited to having the pleasure and honour spinning at parties ranging from breaks, hip hop and house his whole career. Born in Alberta, and with big hopes of becoming a DJ one day, that dream finally came true in 2000. Kid Funky J was introduced to Dope Radio which was a weekly radio show hosted by Marty Mcfly as well as BreakFest; a weekly underground Sunday night including clubs like El Mocambo, System SoundBar, Government’s Orange Room, Turbo, Apothecary, and Aria that put Toronto's breakbeat DJs on the map. Eventually making a name for himself, Kid Funky J has spun with local 416 DJs Marty Mcfly, Big League Chu, Dave Sadler, Dirt Bike Kid, DJ Meric, Rafunk , PhatTrick,Robb G, Demonic, Phat Conductor, Dave Dub, Wes the Electrician, DJ Czech, Stevie G, Red Turtle, Myagi and Melting Man. He has also spun with the likes of international DJs like Krafty Kuts, Freestylers, DJ Love, Skeewiff and hip hop artists the Alkoholiks and J5. He now resides in Burlington and has had residency at many lounges and clubs in Burlington and Hamilton. Kid Funky J's breakbeat sound is a blend of Funk, Mash Ups and Old School Hip Hop and has proven time and time again that he can rock any dance floor and every crowd.
