Michael aka "Planquadrat" stands behind the decks since 1997. Groovy house-productions from labels such as "Svek" or "Pro Zak Trax" seduced him to start djing and creating the first loops. Strongly influenced by the UK garage and 2step of the 90s, he discovered his passion for - mainly english - nu skool breaks and breakbeats. The love to UK sound has remained to this day.

In 1998 he established a project called "Breakdown Soundsystem" with his friend and dj "Woto". Their Dj-Team still stands for big- & breakbeats. With their radio show "Breakdown Radio" on "Radio Salzkammergut" they produced together with "Heatzy" probably the first and only pure breakbeat-radioshow in austria.

"Solo" he plays/pruduces tech house, breaks & glitch hop with influences from swing, blues & funk - mostly with different musicians from all genres.

Since the establishment of the cultural association, dj- and producer collective "SEKTOR4" in 2013, the guys realized some music- and visual-projects.

SEKTOR4´s Headquarter/Studio is located in Gmunden, Austria.
