This is the fourteenth, and final, part of my Electropera "The Unicorn". All music and voices are composed, mixed and produced using only my iPhone.

"The Unicorn" is a story about bravery and friendship in a magical world where everything is possible. I plan to write all fourteen parts during February as a participant in FAWM (February Album Writing Month).

Please enjoy!

LYRICS Part 14

The Speaker: Once upon a time a boy and his father went for a walk in The Enchanted Forrest. They were going to The House at the End of the Rainbow for tea. On the path north the boy saw an elfchild with white wings. Sitting on a branch dangling it's feet, full of mischief. Their eyes met and they smiled at each other like to old friends.

The Speaker: Sitting by the calm majestic river having tea the boy suddenly spotted a Unicorn on the opposite river bed. The Unicorn raised it's head and their eyes met. From the river Rán appeared. They connected through the Morphogenetic Field. And the Boy was dubbed Knight of the Guild of The Morphogenetic Field.
At that point my father gently shook my arm.

  • Daydreaming again?
    And he smiled at me.

The Speaker: And that day at The House at The End of the Rainbow, was the last time I ever saw my friends The Unicorn, Rán and the Elf Child.
These days I am an old man. But I will never forget my adventures that summer with my friends from The Enchanted Forrest.
So, did these adventures really occur? Well, my sons believed it once upon a time. Nowadays my grand children belive me. And I am convinced that The Unicorn, Rán and The Elf Child still lives in The Enchanted Forrest. You just have to find it. And The Bird of Lost Souls? He still sings for me every morning.
