This month's Chill Out Sessions begins with the focus clearly on the past ranging through Jazz to Trip-Hop and other funky grooves.

This is followed by a mix from another fellow Boxfrequency.fm dj Richard Tovey whose show 'We Are Multiphonic' airs his and his guests eclectic tastes. Here Richard although selecting the more laid back side of his musical tastes provides a truly eclectic selection.

The final hour concentrates on music from this year (with one exception) starting chilled and progressing to psy-dub. This section also showcases two tracks from the forthcoming album 'Unexpected Pleasures' by Pete Ardron (Orchid-Star) which is due for release in early November.
