Maggie is based in Venice Beach, Los Angeles and has been collecting downtempo and ambient for over 15 years now. Mixing since 2006. She has played as a resident DJ for her beloved Moontribe community (for those unaware desert parties hosted by a collective that includes the Desert Dwellers) and other fantastic crews of desert dancers, the delightful folks at Green Sector and Tropical, and the always-lovely crowd at Lightning in a Bottle, and has had her mixes featured on several online radio shows and blogs. People tell her amazing stories about how the music has touched them, and for that she is eternally grateful. It's the main reason that she keep doing this - human connection through the universal language of music.
