Influences
Which Doctor owes a lot to some pioneers of electronic and dance music like Pink Floyd, Jean-Michel Jarre, Kraftwerk, Giorgio Moroder, Cerrone, George Clinton or Prince
He was strongly inspired by house and techno godfathers from Chicago, NYC, Detroit and London, like his late friend Frankie Knuckles, Marshall Jefferson, Kerri Chandler, Farley Williams, Maurice, Armando, Todd Terry, Lil Louis, the Belleville Three…
Other influences: Baroque opera, sacred music, jazz, gospel, soul, motown, disco, funk, pop rock, hard rock, new wave, Oriental, Indian, Brazilian, Sufi, nu house, glitch hop, intelligent dubstep… </googleplay:description>

70s/80s: Spinning vinyls and creating his own jingles as a DJ for private parties
Funk radio DJ in the early 80s
1988, he joined a tribe of young DJs, clubbers and event producers who gathered at Bonus Beat (BPM), the first record store specialized in electronic music in Paris. Some became pionners of the French house and techno movement: Laurent Garnier, Manu Casana, Olivier le Castor…
1989, he started to make some draft compositions with analogue synthesizers
2003 he started to produce more professional classic house, techno, lounge, trip hop and illustration tracks, as well as hip hop instrumentals
In the 2000/2010s he has worked with some Cuban, Argentinian, hip hop artists and stage directors.

Influences
Which Doctor owes a lot to some pioneers of electronic and dance music like Pink Floyd, Jean-Michel Jarre, Kraftwerk, Giorgio Moroder, Cerrone, George Clinton or Prince
He was strongly inspired by house and techno godfathers from Chicago, NYC, Detroit and London, like his late friend Frankie Knuckles, Marshall Jefferson, Kerri Chandler, Farley Williams, Maurice, Armando, Todd Terry, Lil Louis, the Belleville Three…
Other influences: Baroque opera, sacred music, jazz, gospel, soul, motown, disco, funk, pop rock, hard rock, new wave, Oriental, Indian, Brazilian, Sufi, nu house, glitch hop, intelligent dubstep…

I saw you on a desert moor
Riding a tall black horse
I feel you need to change your course
Recover from a dreadful cure

Stop the furies at the mountain tops
It’s time to quit before illusion pops
I heard the growl of your blasphemous frenzies
Emotion tears went into open tombs
The omen of prophets on apocryphal scriptures
Dark clouds portent sternest lectures
The smell of Death is over livid corpses
Covered with ashes and eager worms
The influence of satanic forces
Lions and eagles are in flocks of infirms
Children are bleeding there are stains of the wall
This king is dead while his armies fall
The curtain of the temple is torn in the middle
Monks are slayed at heathen stakes
Killer warriors officiate to riddle
Their bodies with ruthless axe blades
Castles are burning; can you hear the bell ring
And the old witches snigger
I almost feel like squeezing the trigger
The landscape oozes as an iffy joke
A funeral spell cast on the shore
The flesh of virgins feed the roots of oaks
But no bud is blooming anymore
Why did you reject the vows?
Fade is turning into a sharp revenge
Agony’s creeping and the skies are closed
I saw you on a desert moor
Riding a tall black horse

Which Doctor’s music characterizes by an emotional, melodic and crossover approach, sustained by a solid and eclectic musical culture, a strong passion for varied styles, and a bulimic but selective curiosity for smart and innovative creations.
His universe spreads multiple polarities: dance music, song writing, sound design, experimental, illustration, meditation, music therapy…
