The Young Disciples were an early 90s UK-based band whose
only album 'Road To Freedom' was a stone-cold classic - the main cut was 'Apparently Nothin' - an international hit: but this was also a gem on the album, which if you haven't check out- do: it's where jazz meets soul meets hip-hop meets acid jazz meets all sorts of stuff.

And a good message in this track - if you need to change a situation, or your mindset (to deal with a situation), this track gives you some soul food...
