Profile description of Vitor Moya:

Vitor Moya was born and raised in 1983, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
His musical history begins when he was 12, when he becomes a big fan of heavy metal and classical music, and since that music has been always part of his life. He studied musical theory for 4 years and played guitar, bass and had notions of piano. Untill he was 18, he was a guitarist and composer for a heavy metal band named Crystal Flame.
Your passion for electronic music starts around 1998, when he met the work of Sasha & Digweed and Paul van Dyk, who represented the lifetime pass for the world of progressive and trance. Between 2005 and 2007, he hosted a biweekly trance show on the Canadian radio Afterhouse FM, alongside big artists such as Markus Schulz, Lange, Heatbeat and others. As a DJ, he had the chance to share the decks with important Brazilian artist, like DJ Jack and Danilo Ercole.
In 2008, Vitor Moya definitely focuses his musical development in progressive house, progressive trance and techno, creating harmonic and groovy sets, always bringing new and different sounds like breaks, which has assigned him an unique style and identity.
After some period away from DJing, in 2016 Vitor Moya returns to his paths of discoveries in the world of electronic music. With clear influences of sacred names like Sasha & Digweed, Guy J, Guy Gerber, Cattaneo, Dubfire, Sven Vath, and of new generation artists like Chicola, Yotto and Peter Dundov, today he owns a weekly show called Illuminis, in which he demonstrates all of his technical and hurried taste with the key news of progressive and techno, besides inviting relevant names as guest mixes, such as GRG and Supermassive.
Vitor Moya was also one of the partners in Unik ID, a label party responsible for bringing key artists like Cid Inc, Darin Epsilon and Nick Warren.
Now he is of the minds ahead of Not Another label, a fast growing Brazilian brand with top of mind artists within techno, progressive and, above all, good music world.
Creative, spiritual, groovy and inviting music are constant in his sets, through his passion for Arabic harmonic scales, embracing atmosphere and heart touching kicks.
