Profile description of Van Dexter:

DJ Van Dexter started producing Techno back in 1991 using the Tetra Compositor, an MS-DOS based 4 channel Sequencer. Soon after discovering his love for this new kind of music conquering the world together with his friend Martin he purchased a Korg DSM1 Sampler. Later on they teamed up with Georg "Virtu@ Kill@". LX-Devil and his cousin Roland joined the team. Virtu@ Kill@ brought in an Emax II Sampler, a Roland D70, an Oberheim Synth and a Drummachine. DJ Van Dexter began working in different Clubs promoting their own tracks and unconventional stuff.
"Planet 9 from outer space" used to produce at ultra high volume in a stinky old cellar and in 1994 the 4 friends renamed themselves into "Alienator" and started producing insane Speedcore. Seven3 (Strike Records) became interested so in 1997 they released their EP including the tracks "Ohrenweh, Norret (south tyrolean for insane) and "Fötus". The EP was printed on light blue vinyl and was limited to 300 copies.
Soon after Hardcore going Mainstream in Italy, Alienator switched to producing odd sounding Goa/Techno Tracks, now using FL Studio, originally known as Fruity Loops. After meeting DJ Schranz in 2004, the Tracks become more and more technoid and the single members began to produce tracks individually as everyone had found his kind of music. Sfter a rather long period of time, DJ Van Dexter is back on track, still using FL Studio, now available in version 12. A lot of time has passed. Watch out for some insane stuff to come!
