I started out with the intent of creating a drum track for a cover then I got lost playing with the presets and soundpacks.

Finding something I liked by accident, I added Guitar Rig 4 onto an audio track and plinked away unceremoniously at a few note sequences, nothing fancy at all.

This is the result...

The original remix is sitting on Soundcloud (look for the "artist" Schprocket over there) but this version has been tweaked in a couple of iOS apps, notably Master FX and Audio Mastering.

If you feel compelled to throw some money around, then I suggest:
1) send some money to Veteran's organisations in your home country,
2) track down "1916" by Mötörhead - Lemmy will love you for it :)
