Music and sounds of Up 2 Yuh Sound

Up 2 Yuh Sound was founded in 2007 by 60 Baht (Selecta,Mc) in Berlin. During his first years as a Selecta, 60 was mentored by Mystic Roots Sound and got the chance to regularly play in the legendary MS "Hoppetosse" every Sunday at the most famous Roots/Reggae party called "Sunday Selection". Likewise 60 started to promote his first own Partys called "Cross Di Board", the first step towards his own "Dance Ting".
2011 Up 2 Yuh Sound contended in their first 45 Soundclash teaming up with Selecta Fob (Reggae Rockers/Reggae Fire Berlin). After the Victory of the 45 Clash, Selecta Fob joined Up 2 Yuh Sound and brought his clean mixing style and his wicked Graphics/Art knowledge into the project to push it further. Since then Up 2 Yuh Sound played on different Festivals/Partys around/in Berlin,Hamburg, Poland, Vienna, Barcelona, Sevilla and Bangkok.
In Summer 2015 Selecta Fob left Up 2 Yuh Sound so 60 is back to being a "one man army"! Up 2 Yuh Sound sets are energetic, versatile and not to be put into a standard that you might have heard already.
Since 2014 Up 2 Yuh Sound started to get into music production, searching for young talented artists to give them a chance an make themselves heard. Watch out for new releases, mixtapes and jugglin dates! Life is Fullness !!!
