Todd Howard- The Warm Up- August 2011

Opening up for the KCTD family at the past few events has given Todd the opportunity to pitch back the tempo and play some proper warm up tracks. Recorded at an easy 120 bpm, this set is a reflection of the current vibe that’s buzzing through the new school deep house scene. Mr. Howard left this years Movement Festival [DEMF] with engrained memories of deep bubbling basslines accompanied by beautiful and soulful vocals. Events such as Need I Say More and artists like Tale of Us, Soul Clap and Art Department were really showcasing this new sound. Currently labels such as Hot Creations and Visionquest are at the forefront of redefining what deep house is. As the summer continues to warm up, Todd is hopeful these tracks can help you can find some time to kick back, stay cool, pop a cold one and get low!
