See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.]]> In 2018, I quit my job and opened a small investment firm (managing ~ $2 M) but during the same time I was struggling with extreme anxiety & other health issues. This greatly impacted my sleep and I went into a downward spiral trying to manage my business & health.
In 2019 I started reading about ancient ways to overcome these issues as I am someone who feels that modern medicines are somewhat regressive when it comes to chronic issues. I started practising Yoga and digging deeper into ancient spiritual & yogic texts. It took me some 3 months to reverse the ill-impact of my "corporate hangover" of 4 years.
In 2020 I started teaching yogic sciences (Ayurveda, Yoga & Dhayana = deeper form of meditation) in schools & NGOs (helping > 350 individuals) and am now trying to reach out to more people with my 108-Day Holistic Healing Online Program.
