Jun-Yang will introduce some of the techniques he uses for creating original instruments from easily accessible materials. In 2017, Tzu-Ni Hung, Ching-Yi Huang and Tzu-Ning Lin founded Sansei experimental theater, working with installation and sound, fabrics and soft devices, movement and Nanguan singing. In this sonic collaboration, they will explore sound with violin, voice, and effect pedals.

::: Tzu-Ni Hung’s work focuses on spatial and sonic installations. She attempts to use light and space to construct an instant sonic connection, and a heterogeneous experience of time. In her installation, she explores the construction of light in space, and an interconnected relationship between sound and body. In 2016, she created an analog sequencer with light dispersion and sonic triggers, performing alongside effect pedals that are simple, old or even broken. She performs with the name Tzu Ni, and is active in experimental sound and performance stages.

::: Ching-Yi Huang is currently in the Master program in Music at Chinese Culture University, majoring in violin. She uses various unconventional techniques in order to play more freely, including: throwing bow, Baltok plucking, ponticello, sliding harmonics, continuously adjusting the tuning pegs to damage the stability of a note, and using objects on the strings.

::: Tzu-Ning Lin graduated from the Department of Drama of the Chinese Culture University in 2013, her work is often interdisciplinary or experimental. In 2016 she started exploring sound by learning “improvised tunes” in Nanguan with Xie-Mei Wang. She also started her Nanguan training with Chih-Cheng Li in 2017. Since then, she has incorperated voice in her work.

2017年洪梓倪、黃晴怡、林子寧分別以裝置及聲響、織品與軟裝置、肢體與即興調，與團隊共創合製『三生』實驗劇場，因三人在聲音的不同方面都各有探索，於是以小提琴、人聲、效果器為主，藉這次機會合作實驗彼此聲音上的結合。

::: 洪梓倪，作品主要聚焦於空間裝置與聲音裝置，企圖用光線與空間建構與聲響的即時連結性與異質的時間感知體驗，藉由裝置探討空間中光線之建構與聲音身體交互接合的關係。 2016年起自製造成光線色散並觸發聲響的類比裝置音序器搭配簡易老舊甚至壞掉的效果器以Tzu Ni的名義開始活躍於實驗聲響與各大表演場域。

He is interested in the relationship between sound and scenery, as well as the various ways people perceive past, present, and future through the cultural and religious lenses of different areas of the world. It means that is thinking the relationship of between nature and artificiality, past and present, sound and vision. His production and works that are even while under the influence of conceptual art present perceptual experiences to audience by recording environment sound (Field Recording), moving and staying in various places, and process that is developing into artworks from materials by those research. Because he thinks it's important that we feel the contemporary world we live with fluxes of complex experience consisted of conceptual thinking, recognition and biotic, psychological sensibility. He believes that these senses will be our guide to live in affluence in the future.

In the live sound performance at Ting Shuo, Rie will transform the performance space through a live sound performance piece, and provide the viewers with extraordinary experiences by making the most delicate sounds and high pitched sounds using found objects, porcelain, paper, string, and her self-made electronic units. She has exhibited and performed widely both in the UK and overseas and has produced ‘Sculpture’ with David Toop since 2013. Joshua Weitzel is a guitarist and shamisen player from Kassel, Germany, currently based in Kyoto, Japan.
His work is work is based on deep exploration of dynamics and contrasting parameters such as stasis and progress, linear and spatial development, control and unexpectedness. He has worked with a number of internationally recognised artists, among them improvisers, composers, noise musicians, fine artists, filmmakers, dancers, poets and Jazz musicians and has performed on various occasions across Europe, Israel and Japan.
From 2015-2016 Joshua organised the Chamäleon Concerts at Lolita Bar in Kassel, a monthly series for experimental music that is still ongoing.

王福瑞為台灣早期重要前衛的數位藝術以及聲音藝術藝術家兼策展人，他帶領台灣聲音藝術進入了新的領域與發展，1993年以先鋒之姿成立台灣第一個實驗音樂廠牌和出版刊物「Noise」，2000年加入台灣媒體藝術發展中少數中少數以互動為主的創作實驗團體「在地實驗」，並推動國際「異響 /Bias」聲音藝術展與「台北數位藝術獎」聲音藝術類別。王福瑞目前任職北藝大新媒系助理教授，曾工作於北藝大科技藝術中心以及台北數位藝術中心，並策劃多場相關展覽與活動，包含2008年至2012年的「超響」聲音藝術節與2007年至2009年的「台北數位藝術節」。
2015年與藝術家盧藝 Yi Lu 成立「響相工作室」(Soundwatch studio)，持續致力推動海內外聲音藝術相關展覽與表演以及工作坊，該工作室致力嘗試以創新實驗性的聲音作為主要核心概念，執行聲音藝術的相關創作與其推廣計畫。

Fujui Wang is an artist and curator specialized in sound art and interactive art whose work has played a key role in establishing sound as a new artistic genre in Taiwan. A pioneer of sound art in Taiwan, in 1993 he founded NOISE, the country’s first experimental sound label. In 2000 he joined the media art collective Etat and launched the BIAS International Sound Art Exhibition and Sound Art Prize for the Digital Art Awards Taipei.
He is currently an assistant professor of the Taipei National University of the Arts, worked for the TranSonic Lab at the Center for Art and Technology of the Taipei National University of the Arts, he has curated numerous exhibitions and festivals, including the 2008 ,2009, 2010 and 2012 editions of the TransSonic Sound Art Festival and the 2007 to 2009 editions of the Digital Art Festival Taipei.
In 2015, Fujui Wang and another artist Yi Lu have co-founded the Soundwatch Studio to promote the creation, exhibition, performance and workshop of renovating and experimental audio art both locally and internationally.

Yi Lu is a sound artist, a member at Soundwatch Studio. Yi Lu pursued MA degree in the Institute of Applied Arts at National Chiao Tung University, She took additional program of art from the Academy of Art University and the San Francisco Art Institute. 盧藝為聲音藝術家和「響相工作室」成員。交通大學應用藝術研究所畢，曾於舊金山藝術大學AAU、舊金山藝術學院SFAI進修藝術。「響相工作室」​​演出於比利時「異響2015－台比聲音藝術交流計畫」以及英國「台北90－95噪音現場＋逆流音樂節」開幕。另獨立在「台北數位藝術節 2015」、「超聲波 2016」​等藝術活動​，呈現電磁波、手工自製電子樂器、電路擾動、硬體駭客和類比錯誤聲響演出。

Yi Lu is a sound artist, a member at Soundwatch Studio. Yi Lu pursued MA degree in the Institute of Applied Arts at National Chiao Tung University, She took additional program of art from the Academy of Art University and the San Francisco Art Institute. She also has appeared performances alongside Fujui Wang, including the​ ​ “B!as 2015: Taiwan-Belgium Sound Art Exchange Project”​ in Belgium​ and the inaugural performance for “Shoot the Pianist-The Noise Scene in Taipei 1990-95 Exhibition”​ in UK​. After an introduction evening to the technical and artistic processes involved in field recordings, we'll visit different kind of places. During two days, we'll concentrate on : psychogeographical wandering and attentive listening, some sound notations exercises, and of course some recording sessions. Then we'll go back indoor, for preparing our selection of sounds, basic editing and processing, in order to share our listening experience with open audience. 出生於加拿大，居住於台北。

我感興趣不同感知的相容性，用聽覺去看，用觸覺去聽，用視覺去碰，以此類推。我的創作過程很直覺， 不同元素回應彼此的物質性和記憶，慢慢轉化，形成新的意義。 我的藝術基礎來自抽象繪畫以及合唱音樂，這兩種媒介深深影響我的思考方式。本次表演名為 Night Broadcast。

紐約普拉特學院藝術學士，兩千年末參與北京長征計劃，個人展演作品曾發表於台北失聲祭，南海藝廊，TamtamART，明日音樂祭；並為天語公社成員之一。 2013 年起， 出沒於網絡虛實地帶，以 lololol 的分身拓展另一種可能。作品曾入圍 2013 年義大利 Arte Laguna 古那國際藝術獎 - 表演類。

Born in Vancouver, Canada. Lives in Taipei, Taiwan.

I am interested in the synthesis between the senses, I often use my hearing to make visual decisions, use touch to make aural decisions, use sight to make textual decisions. My art process is metabolic, elements take time to respond to each other, forming new meanings in every stage of development. I intuitively work with found material and respond to their history and material nature. My art foundation is in abstract painting and choral music, these two art mediums deeply influence my cognitive process. This performance at Ting Shuo is called Night Broadcast.

Sheryl Cheung completed her BFA at Pratt Institute in 2004 . She participated in the Beijing Long March project between 2008-2012. Her solo performance works have been presented at Lacking Sound Festival in Taipei, Nanhai Gallery, TamtamART, T-Fest; and she is a member of “Thian gí kong siā”. Since 2013, she expanded her possibilities, wandering in the virtual lands of the internet with the clone identity “lololol”. Her performance has been nominated for Arte Laguna Art Prize in 2013.]]>

秦相太，1975年首爾出生，1998開始創作音樂。從2003年受即興音樂和噪音音樂啟發，決定改變音樂創作方式。他的創作基本，對於重新組裝生活中非樂器的材料有興趣。自從他開始即興表演，他便使用電腦硬碟為主要樂器，由當時他在首爾的電子市場裡工作引發靈感。他另外也以筆電、收音機和電子或原音汽車喇叭來即興。最近他正在接近並研究「平日工作和藝術創作的中間點」。其中一個例子，是他從2015年開始的作曲創作「年」- 每日錄音1分鐘的創作。

在2008年他因大友良英的空間「GRID605」所啟發，創立了名為「dotolim」- 韓國第一個即興/實驗音樂的表演空間。他已經在 dotolim 舉辦了近百場的現場表演和錄音場次。在2012和2013年，他各
舉辦了為期三天以即興和實驗音樂的音樂節「Dotolimpic」，共邀請了30多位藝術家，並有20位工作坊參與者。

Jin Sangtae was born in Seoul, 1975. He started making music in 1998. Inspired by improvised music and noise music in 2003, he decided to change musical direction. He is interested in reconstruction of non-instrumental material from his life experience. Working at an electronic market in Seoul, he began using mechanical computer hard drives for improvised music and this has become his main instrument. In addition, he uses laptop, radio and electronic/acoustic car horns. His recent project has been approaching and researching a ‘middle point between daytime job and artworks’. One result of this approach has been his composition, ‘Year’ - daily 1 minute recordings since 2015.

Inspired by Otomo Yoshihide’s space ‘GRID605’ in Tokyo, Jin Sangtae founded a space called ‘dotolim’ in 2008 that was the first concert venue for improvised/experimental music in Korea. Since then, over 100 concerts and recording sessions have been held. In 2012 and 2013, 3-day festivals named ‘dotolimpic’ were held with more than 30 participating artists and 20 workshop participants.]]>
