This mix was finished on my birthday at the end of November, after almost a year of Fooling Around With The Vibrations. It was the first time I actually enjoyed what I had done, even if it’s clearly not perfect. I used a beautiful acapella by INtrmzzo ripped from a YouTube video captured by a hand camera, thinking I was going to have someone sing later on, but I decided to keep this vocals for this unfinished version. The label that released a remix pack of one of my old classics wanted to release it, but I had to make a six-minute version and have someone else sing as clearing the rights with Warner and Mr. Mister was not in the cards. This is a tribute to them. Working on this song over the last two years has stirred up all sorts of emotions.

Richard Page, Steve George and John Lang wrote such beautiful words, and the [iNtrmzzo](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgBrafPtFt8) performance is just stunning. This is my take on it.

I have decided to share this mix with you because it’s not going to be released after all. This version was never going to be. Nick at Rejoin was asking for a 6-minute version and a 3-minute version for streaming platforms. But after working over two years on this, it’s time for me to move on. I like these few mixes the way they are: imperfect, unfinished. This project was a way for me to learn the software again after 18 years. I couldn’t imagine all the emotions I channeled through the process and I cherish them. But it’s time for me to move on.

Featuring my little brother Christian on the vocals. Disclaimer: These are rough vocals. We were supposed to re do the vocals once the song was getting close to being finished. There is no mastering done on it either It’s not club quality but good enough For your ears only.
