Davor Visković aka Tabù ( Keeper of the Groove ) Through lifetime of musical experience, which of last 24 professionally, Tabù reached out to music lovers with his musical project “Wicked selection“, with which he profiled him self as a pioneer of combining instrumentals with modern beat. His unique signature is characterized by warm and sensual jazz and soul with disco and funk rhythm source, spiced with fresh electronic beats that gives him a place between DJs that play for the experienced music lovers. Through his original mix ''Wicked selection'' Tabù communicates positive energy, an emotion.. intensive and mystic, unseen by eyes that comes out of the core of the music, transferring it once he steps behind the mix making music out of time emotional experience, connecting people while transferring them to the past for a moment, with the modern sounds of today using old school music. His saying, If you dont like the music, you know where the exit is, became the mindset of all affirmed, successful DJs that that the DJ is a person, giving music his own flavor, touch and energy, not just a tool. Inexhaustible will to discover new and old sounds opened the doors to many clubs and festivals where he played with many djs, and established artists. During his years of playing, gathering experience in all the progressive clubs in the country and region, last five years of his career he is a resident DJ for Vinyl club in Zagreb, place known by good music, where he runs his program “Wicked selection“ Tabù is a guest on many festivals, promoting his unique style, sending a message that electronic music doesn't have to be just techno, and that the DJ is not there just to spin repetitive beats setting an example with creative mix he presents. In 2014, together with his friends and fellow music lovers he founded a music experiment, now a brand called Funkytrain, which performs as a collective of four established and active DJs, each in his own way promoting combinations of instrumentals using funk, soul, disco and jazz mixed with modern production.
