this song from 1981 brought soul and FM synthesis to the electronic sound. the 2 DJs from leeds made cover of 2 soul songs and mixed them together for a 12" dance track. A roland drum machine and the synclavier of their producer Mike Thorne made a special minimalistic sound . We made it with the original roland DR55 drum machine, FM sound with Yamaha DX 7 (we don't have a synclavier) and analog sounds with Korg MS20 and ARP 2600; Vocals by Joya
