For our penultimate release of 2015, we are very excited to introduce you to Anonimaly, a brand new production duo consisting of 2 French producers living in Paris and London.
While the boys wish to remain anonymous for now, they’re not beginners when it comes to putting out quality house tracks, and were actually pretty active as a duo a few years ago. They recently decided to get back to work and we at Supremus are delighted to finally release their debut EP.
The first time we heard La Blessure, we instantly knew we had something special on our hands. The combination of its haunting string sample, hypnotic keys and emotional vocals turns it into an instant timeless classic, equally at home as a memorable set opener or as an end-of-the-night encore. And because every great track needs a great remix, we went ahead and reached out to our good friend, Canadian Deep House legend Mr Fred Everything, who loved it so much he delivered not one, but two different takes on it. Mr Everything uses his awesome production skills to refine the title track for his remix, but also takes us to 5am territory with his lethal Devil-In-The-Dub. Last but not least, the boys round off the EP with the funky as hell, yet deep and well
produced So Long, which, we hope you’ll agree, totally fits our emerging Supremus sound.
For our third instalment, we are heading to Seattle, home of Jimi Hendrix, great coffee, bad weather and awesome producer Mathew Anderson.
Here at Supremus, we've been big fans of this gentleman ever since his debut "The Flammable EP" on Uniting Souls a few years ago (under his Not Boyfriend Material moniker), as well as his more recent Get Physical release, as part of Pezzner's "Barcelona Gets Physical 2015" compilation.
Mr Anderson has delivered us 3 beautifully crafted Deep House cuts - Positive Reinforcement offers up punchy drums, a rolling bass line, a catchy synth riff and is a perfect set opener. Drop The Drop on the other hand is a moody track with beautiful synth programming and clever cut-up vocal work. This one gets the remix treatment from label boss Giom, offering more of a late night, percussion-ridden number while keeping the mood intact. Finally, we close off the EP with We Hurt Each Other, a classic-sounding, end-of-the-night anthem that we have tried and tested on dance-floors all over the world.
We've very pleased to welcome Mr Anderson to the Supremus family and hope you like his music as much as we do.
DJ Feedback:
Tennsnake - Thanks, positive reinforcement is great
Sasha - Positive Reinforcement sounds cool
Pezzner - Absolutely solid release. Will add Drop The Drop to rotation for sure!
Satin Jackets - Nice tunes
Doza (Get Physical) - Three good ones from Seattle's best kept secret. Drop The Drop is my cut, and Giom's remix is mint. Great release!
Animal Trainer - We hurt each other & remix by Giom are superb tunes...support!
Miguel Campbell - Full support mate
Boogie Vice - Supporting the whole pack as usual with Supremus
Inland Knights (Andy) - Positive reinforcement getting my attention the most , liking we hurt each other also......nice release
Steve Lawler - downloaded for steve lawler
Marco Carola - downloading for marco carola, thanks
Richie Hawtin - downloaded for r hawtin
Robert Owens - Cool tracks
Matt Rivem (Rhythm Plate) - Woah... 'Drop the Drop' is pretty bloody nice. Both the original and Giom remixes are lovely. 'We Hurt Each Other' is a well put together Barry White homage which has some radio friendly appeal IMO
Isis Graham - Loving this well rounded EP from Mathew Anderson & the GIOM team. My favourite cut is Drop the Drop. Perfect for a late night feel good sesh. Full support & keep it coming!
Fer Ferrari - Nice EP, support!
Luke Mckeehan - Really lovely release here. Positive Reinforcement and Giom remix doing it for me, thanks for sending
Chris Luzz (Stranjjur) - Quality package here! Digging Positive Reinforcement and Giom's mix
Deron Delgado - Brilliant EP. Already loved the 1st two, but then I heard We Hurt Each Other and it was the icing on the cake.
Animal Trainer - We hurt each other & remix by Giom are superb tunes...support!
Miguel Campbell - Full support mate
Boogie Vice - Supporting the whole pack as usual with Supremus
Supremus Records is a brand new House music label curated by DJ/producer/Frenchman Giom. Born with the desire to showcase versatility and with an emphasis on strong 4/4 grooves, tight bass lines and catchy melodies, Supremus Records will release quality music for the dance floor, from warm-up sets to peak-time hits with the occasional radio edit thrown in. And all of Giom’ s upcoming material too.

The label kicks off with the release of “The Message EP”, a brand new 2-tracker from the label boss himself. The opening track, “The Message”, features a very familiar synth riff, disco drums, lovely claps and a rolling bass line, and culminates with a powerful spoken word delivered in its breakdown, a powerful message to share the love of music with every dancefloor.
