BIOGRAPHY ॐ

I started making music in the early 1990s. At first only hip-hop beats, which I created with a simple Akai sampler, an Amiga 500 computer and its sequencer software.

Hip-Hop, Funk and Jazz had a very strong and positive influence during my younger years and is still deeply rooted in me.

But in the mid-1990s, the Techno culture has inflamed my love for electronic music. At around the same time I visited the first Psytrance parties. I was totally fascinated of the unique ambiance, the friendly people and the energetic music.

SUNCOLLECTOR has finally been founded in 1999. It was the result of many funny jam sessions and sound experiments in the music studio.

I haven't been on the road with/for Suncollector for 10 years now, but from time to time I will publish some stuff here...
