SUDO is a Live act and production team made up of Japanese brothers Isao and Takashi Sudo. Having been influenced early on by artists like Sven Vath and Underworld, Isao & Takashi began by organizing their own parties in Osaka called “TELEKTONON.” Years of success around Japan soon turned into an obsession to produce their brand of techno under the new guise SUDO with younger brother Isao moving to the dance music mecca of Berlin. Their production techniques coupled with their absorbing live sets soon caught the eye of legendary producer and label boss Dubfire, who signed their EP on his own imprint SCI+TEC Recordings back in 2015. With remix offers and almost endless label interest since, SUDO’s appeal has landed them in events at Off Week SONAR, a Japan tour with Egbert, and a promising future as one of Japan’s best live electronic acts surely to catapult them further into the world spotlight.
