For the end of September we have our own founder, @Galbis, contributing his first mix for the Subdrive podcast.

Since starting Subdrive in 2005 as a college radio show in Brooklyn, to launching the label and collective in 2009, (Ricardo) Galbis has tirelessly championed fresh electronic music and artists through our events, releases, and collaborations. The label has served as the home for the early careers of artists such as @mikemago @curlup @figure with support from acts such as Diplo, MSTRKRFT, Horse Meat Disco, among others.

His mix opens with the sounds of the caribbean rainforest, leading into a slowly building arrangement of tracks with a focus on melancholic sounds, beautiful vocals, deep basslines, and sharp synths.
