My Life in Music pt. 1 (1990-2000) original

This is how it all began. In many ways: This was the first Mix, I've uploaded to soundcloud and mixcloud, it was the first mix, I did using Ableton Live AND, most important, it's featuring my very first years in techno music.
Some day in summer 1990, the big sister of a classmate of mine gave me two tapes. One labeled: "Tekkno", one "Hip Hop". What she didn't know back then (and still doesn't know, since I haven't seen her ever since.. ;) ) was that these two tapes will influence my whole musical life..
What started with typical Frankfurt style story-techno by guys like Torsten Fenslau or Alexander Abraham soon developed to a reasonable addiction to bass: Next step: Bonzai, Harthouse, Frankfurt Beat, Omen, Box. Somewhere around the end of the 90s, I got bored by what way Techno went in and around Frankfurt: After the beginning of what we called "Schranz" (hard techno, minimal techno, everything too repetitive and minimal), I started listening to more international electronic music: BigBeat, which then led to what I'm listening to and playing in my shows today...
