Ta Liwa is a Cape Town based DJ who has had the love of playing music for crowds since 2016. His dark, groovy and dub selection has been making wonders around Cape Town and beyond for some time now, having played at places like Reset, House 22, Vinyl Lifestyle, Imbizo Lounge, Kefu's Jazz/Deep House Lounge, The Drawing Room, Carnival Court and many more. Driven by the love and a strong desire to build a solid musical background for himself, he collected music from all genres and sought out all deejaying skills and maneuvers by himself. He then started playing professionally (i.e. a paid gig) in 2012 at Macnose Cafe (Short Left), Pub La Aigner and Club After 9 just to name a few. He then started his own podcast (DeepIsh Tapes).

Dishing out deep house at a relaxed tempo and gaining support from people around his area, Mr. 45Drive then fell in love with heavier house beats (Minimal house) and he never looked back ever since. He continues to preach his style to the masses through his podcast.

Specdub a 2000-es évek elején kezdtett el bakelit lemezket gyűjteni, főként Techno zenéket, mivel a Deep House mint különálló zenei műfaj még nem igazán létezett.
Ekkor kezdte a Deep House alappilléreit letenni Terry Lee Brown Jr és The Timewriter, Specdub megszállott rajongója lett a mestereknek.
Ők alapították a német Plastic City kiadót, amely a Deep House fellegváraként is említhető, így rengeteg klasszikus kiadvány született itt.
Specdub nagy álma volt, hogy egyszer neki is lehessen ott megjelenése a klasszikus nagy nevek mellett. Ez még akkor teljesen elérhetetlennek tűnt, mivel zenekészítéssel még nem foglalkozott.
2010-ben kezdett el zenekészítéssel foglalkozni a DJ-zés mellett.
Hamar beindult a produceri karrierje, mivel az SD Airline megjelenése után nem sokkkal érkeztek is az első remix valamint album felkérések a világ több pontjáról is.
Specdub első albuma megjelenése után ismerkedett meg a Deep House/Dubtechno szcénából több zenei producerrel és kiadóval belföldön és külföldön egyaránt.
Köztük többek között itthonról:
BDTom, Forteba, Diolenmobi, East Café, Deep Joss, Rizkid, Eric Von Kollar, Kristian K, AeRo, Sam Monori, Aura Fresh, Krisz Deak, Father OhmikRon, Zoltan Solomon-nal és még sokáig lehetne sorolni...

Külföldről: Babak Shayan, Helly Larson, Kosmas Analogtrip, Terry Lee Brown Jr

Deep Joss-al régi barátjával több buliban is zenéltek. Többek között:
Veszprém (Mythos Music Club) (Ilias Katelanos-al) , Pécs, Monor (Sirály aréna), Deep fest (Szászpa tó), Balatonfüred (Sun city), Kóspallag (Hedonista Höpöning), Budapesten: Akvárium (Fluxion-nal), R33, Telep, Müszi, Mikka Tivadar mulató, Kikötő, Track Terrace, DPU, Holdudvar, Art katakomba

Álma végül 2015-ben vált valóra, amikor a Plastic City gondozásában kiadásra került három egymást követő EP-je.
Az eddigi legnívósabb volt közülük a 3. EP a New York című kiadvány amelyen nem kisebb nevek remixeltek, mint BDTom, Forteba és Terry Lee Brown Jr.
