Critical Event returns to Soul Deep, this time with help from up and coming producer, Conrad Subs, and the already established producer, Incident. The EP is a journey through the future with its rolling basslines, rich textures, creative efx, and mood setting atmospherics. The EP is kicked off with the title track, "Fifth Move", which features an enlightening fusion of jazzy piano riffs, soothing pads, snappy drums, echoing male vocals, and big underlying sub that fits the groove like a glove. Next up, Critical Event is joined by Incident, and together they create an undeniable atmospheric gem that evokes emotions while making you want to bob your head in approval. The groove is set by the steady ticking drums, lush atmospherics, tasteful vocals, and heartfelt piano keys. The atmospheric groove is taken to the next level by a raspy mid bassline that adds an element of filth to the tune and creates the perfect balance of beauty and edginess. "Silhouettes", wraps things up and includes the talented Conrad Subs taking the co-production responsibilities. The songs starts off with a though provoking piano riff that quickly leads to the drop.
