Troughout the year 2012/13 Alva Noto and Byetone released 5 EPs on Mute Records as Diamond
Version. Their way to express digital compositions, hyper-rhythmic textures, dynamic soundscapes
with an high detail on sound design join a form of criticism to a side of modern science that is not
devote to evolution but, like corporations do, concentrates itself to semplify people's life with
unnecessary things to use. I decided to mix selected cuts on vinyl from their EPs as a tribute to their
works as innovators, to their statement and to celebrate one of the most exciting and adventurous
music duo ever. “We both are obsessed with company logos. We collected these slogans and started
reading them, without knowing the companies. In this amount and concentration they become
