<itunes:summary><![CDATA[Rotterdam based DJ and producer Lucien Foort started playing the
saxophone when he was 10 years old, but being inspired by the art of
turntables and beat mixing he ventured behind the decks a few years
later. At the age of 19 Lucien Foort took the world by storm, when he
released rave anthem “Quadrophonia” in ’89.
Touring all over the world he has played at big festivals and venues like
Tomorrowland, Time Warp, Creamfields, Dance Valley, Mysteryland, I
Love Techno, Roskilde, Extrema, Sankeys, Pacha and Amnesia. Sharing
the stage with the likes of Carl Cox, Sven Väth, Richie Hawtin, John
Digweed, Ricardo Villabos and Monika Kruse.
For this release Lucien went back to his jazz background, trying to cross
pollinate between the musical side and the tech driven sound he’s known
for. Never one to pigeonhole his musicality, this Rotterdam based
musician loves the warmth a good jazz composition brings and delivers
two cuts on this EP. Where one is aimed at the more loungy dj warming
up himself and his floor, the other is aimed at making you dance and
sweat. This apple is ripe for everyone. Don’t hesitate to take a bite.]]></itunes:summary>
