Sebastiano’s music career started at the age of 14 when the young Sebastiano from little town Portopalo (deep south of Italy), ispired by bands like Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Rainbow, Led Zeppelin. He started playing with various bands as guitarist, performing in many squares and pubs with rock and rock&roll cover songs. His first bands were: Dedalo, Sex & Roll, Time Machine, Effetto Serra and many more.
But in 2014, his creative aptitude for the composition took over, so he decided to go in a recording studio for an ambitious studio work.
He formed the BASTIAN band/project and in 2015 he realized an album by him entirely writing and produced entitled "Among my Giants".

and Mark Boals (ex Malmsteen, Uli Jon Roth, Ring of fire).
On a drum the great Vinny Appice (Black Sabbath, Ronnie James Dio, Heaven and Hell), Thomas Lang (Paul Gilbert, Glenn Hughes, Stork), John Macaluso (ex Malmsteen, James LaBrie, TnT, Riot, J.Batten). “

The album was recorded between Italy and United States, mixed at Metropolis Studio Siracusa, mastered by Maurizio Biancani at the Fonoprint studios in Bologna (Italy).

After the good feedback and resonance of this first work and after many live performances, including the great satisfaction to share the stage with the “alien guitarist” Steve Vai, Sebastiano back to recording studio for the realization of a new album. But this time with a reduced line-up. Infact in addition to the always faithful Italian bass player Corrado Giardina, we can find Michael Vescera to take care of all the vocal lines and John Macaluso on a drum. Also this album was recorded between Italy and United States, mixed by Salvatore Addeo at Aemme Studio in Lecco (Italy) and mastering by Maor Appelbaum in his Los Angeles studio.
The title of this second work is: ROCK OF DAEDALUS and it was released in March 2016 by the same Italian label Underground Symphony.

After many performances, with all entirely Italian line up, he is ready to release the third album of the band, “BACK TO MY ROOTS”. Release forecast in 2017. He changed again the line up of the album. This time Vinny Appice is the drummer, the swedish Apollo Papathanasio the singer and the indestructible Corrado Giardina the bass player.

“I do not feel prisoner of a specific musical genre. I love to wander and move between the various shades of the rock music. Regardless of how it is called: metal, trash, hard rock, doom metal etc etc”

The album was recorded between Italy, Sweden and United States and mixed in Germany by the veteran engineer Eroc.
A sound a little bit different than the pure metal sound of his two predecessors. This third work encloses more hard rock shades with ballads and some bluesy touch. But not losing sight of the harsh sound that has always characterized his works.

At the end of 2017 a new album with al new line-up. This time we find the veteran James Lomenzo (Ozzy, Megadeth, Black label society) on the bass, Federico Paulovich (Destrage) on the drums, the amazing and young danish singer Nicklas Sonne (Defetone, Theory), and of course Sebastiano Conti on the guitars. A very power and dark album completely ispired by the Black Sabbath's sound (Ozzy era). An album that draws its vital lymph into the oldest and darker metal roots.
