FADER 3_FA3

Hi i'm FADER 3 and FA3 real name Steve Pickering from Stafford, i have been Djing for many many years now, I started learning to mix on Vinyl from the age of 8 and got my first DJ set when i was 17, which was a 2 hour drum n bass set. I remember dropping some jungle in an the crowd went wild, I continued to play drum n bass till i was 19/20 years old and that's when i heard a DJ SY slammin vinyl HARDCORE tape and it totally blew me away. From that day i started playing the sound that was happy hardcore an have stayed mixing happy hardcore till the new breed of hardcore was born which was ' Uk hardcore '. I can mix on other formats such as Digital Controller, CDJ's and with new formats comes new learning with hot cues, effects, live remixing, live editing which makes for stand out mixes. I myself have progrest from the basic Digital Controllers and CDJ's to 2 CDJ 2000 NXS an DJM900 NXS but i still do the odd vinyl only night for the brand ' Vinyl Daze ' which is run by Paul Manx who is also one of the promoters an DJS of ' Core Blimey '. I have played at clubs all over the country an venues such as Legends, Subculture, Vidal Lounge, Ironworks, Montys Club, Olivers Bar, also some radio stations for live mixing such as Clubberz Paradise, Flight Radio Bristol and i have even had my live mixes broadcasted to other countries on Territory Of Cruch TOC, Have played at many house parties, I also like to mix other genres like Dance, Funky Dance, Old Skool Dance, MashUp, House, Trance, Garage, Bassline, Jungle, Old Skool Rave, Rave Breaks, Breakbeat Hardcore, Hardstyle, Gabba, Hard Dance, Hard House, Hard Trance, Scouse Bounce, Donk. I would say i have a very unique style of mixing, as i like to keep the crowd stomping but i also like to throw some curve balls in that the crowd don't exspect so much that some people might say it's like Dr jeckal an Mr hide.
