Due to a takedown claim, the release « Mark Wagner ft. Jasmine Chloé - Better off alone » is not available anymore on digital music stores. The claim comes from Violent Music BV (worldwide master, trademark & repertoire owner of Alice Deejay).

Controlling masters and copyrights of the original recording does not mean that a cover version’s release can’t be prohibited (as this version is a 100% cover - not using Alice Deejay’s name - not using samples of original vocal).

We know this is not okay but we can’t go against the advice of our distributor (which, however , has all the legal evidence well in hand…..).

In full knowledge of this until further notice ( and of course with the consent of the producer) we decide to distribute this cover for free. The complete set will then be available for downloading on our Soundcloud page.
