René Dumont has been a DJ for more than a decade now. His enthusiasm for music has al-ready started in his early years. At that time, he also created his passion for electronic music. The attendance at legendary parties in mid 90ties “amplified” his desire to put on vinyl records publicly by himself.

This wish became true, and since then René Dumont has been playing in most prestigious Clubs in Thuringia like MuxClub, Muzikboxx, Saalgärten/Rudolstadt, ElanClub/Meiningen, Centrum, Joue Joue & Kantine in Erfurt, Muna, Innercitybeats & Locca, OGS/Fith Club, Manga-Club, Bienstädter Warte, 180 Grad in Gera. He has been also playing at different radio shows at Radio top40, Radio Funkwerk and Radio Lotte. There he has performed together with/next to artists like e. g. Good Groove, DJ Pierre, André Galluzzi, Frank Lorber, Richie Hawtin, Pascal Feos, Johannes Heil, Oliver Koletzki, Thomas Schumacher, Housemeister, Dixon, Ame, Mathias Kaden, Marek Hemmann, Paul Britschitsch, Marcus Meinhardt, Empro, Junghanß, Pornbugs, Andlee and several others.

René Dumont has continuously developed his personal music sound. His initial Sets were rather influenced and characterized by progressive Techno. After a musical journey through various genres of Techno, Electro and House, his style has become established meanwhile. An incomparable mixture of House, Techhouse and Techno attracts the ears of the audience.
