No Direction

This is the track I am most proud of on the EP. It started out being over 5 minutes long and has gone through many phases. Over the course of production, I started hating most of the track. After weeks of fruitless tweaking, I threw in the towel and deleted everything but the drops. My second go at it got the inspiration flowing and I finished it that day. The lesson learned was that just because something has been where it is for so long does not mean it is set in stone.

Also a lot of interesting sound design in this one. I think 2:59 is the most intense thing I’ve ever made.
